金融市場では、米FRBによる積極的な利上げ姿勢を織り込む展開が続いている。このところ、経済指標は、米国経済の失速どころか、堅調な状況を裏打ちするものが相次いだ。
米商務省が24日に発表した１月の個人消費支出（PCE）価格指数は前年比5.4%上昇と前月の5.3%から伸びから加速したほか、変動の大きい食品とエネルギーを除いたコアPCE価格指数は4.7%上昇と依然、インフレ高を色濃く残す結果となった。
FRB高官の発言も、メスター・クリーブランド地区連銀総裁が3月FOMCで0.50%幅の利上げを示唆とも受け止められる発言をした。インフレ圧力は根強く、FRBは一段と踏み込んだ金融引締め措置が必要になる可能性が取りざたされている。
ただ、もともと、パウエル議長をはじめとするFRB高官は、ターミナルレートが予想以上に切り上がることや、金利が高止まりする可能性には言及しており、ようやく金融市場がそれに気が付いたと言えなくもない。
既に3月と5月に加え、少なくともあともう１回の利上げがありうるとの観測が広まり、FF金利誘導目標の最高到達点は「5.25 – 5.50%」へと、現状から75ベーシスポイント高い水準に達した。この1ヶ月の間に、市場の金利想定は激変したといえる。
株式市場では、むしろ金利が高くなることへの警戒感が強まり、先週は米主要指数がそろって、週足で年初来最大の下げを記録した。インフレ動向を手がかりとするマーケットにとっては厳しい環境が当分続くと推測される。
ハンセン指数は5日続落
27日の香港市場は3月5日開幕の全国人民代表大会を前に、経済成長路線への回帰策を期待する動きは続いているが、具体性は判然とせず、積極的には買い進みにくい展開が続く。ハンセン指数は午前中には小高く推移する場面もみられたが、サポートラインとなる20,000ポイント割れた後は下落に転じ、前日比0.33%安と5日続落した。終値ベースでは昨年12月30日以来、およそ2か月ぶりの安値を更新した。
ハンセン指数の構成銘柄では通信大手の中国聯通（0762）は3.7%安、アルミメーカーの中国宏橋（1378）は4.3%安、中国民間ガス供給業者の新奧能源（2688）は2.5%安、白物家電の海爾智家 （6690）は2.4%安と下げた。
中国経済対策の期待感が根強い一方、景気回復には時間を要するとみられ半導体関連や部品メーカーが総じて安い動きとなった。電子機器の比亜迪電子（0285）は7.0%安、半導体製造のSMIC（0981）は2.4%安、半導体ファウンドリーの華虹半導体（1347）は2.3％安、光学部品メーカーの舜宇光学科技（2382）は2.1%安と下げた。
一方、リオープン銘柄は小高く推移し、決算を発表した火鍋チェーンの海底撈国際（6862）は13.7%高、レストランチェーンの九毛九国際（9922）は3.7%高、ビール会社の百威亚太（1876）は2.4%高、呷哺呷哺（0520）は1.2%高だった。
中国本土株市場は上海総合指数は前日比0.28％安の3,258.03と4日続落、CSI300は同0.42%安の4,043.84で引けた
